These terms govern all web design and maintenance services provided by Get Visible. By engaging our services, you agree to the terms below. Last updated June 2026.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form the agreement between Get Visible ("we", "us", "our") and the client ("you") for all web design, development, and related services provided via getvisible.co.za.
By requesting a quote, paying a deposit, or instructing us to begin work, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms. If you have any questions, contact us at info@getvisible.co.za before work begins.
All projects require payment in two instalments:
Invoices are payable via EFT to our nominated South African bank account. Details will be provided on the invoice. Work will not commence until the deposit payment has been confirmed.
All prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
If the final balance is not received within 7 days of the completion invoice being issued, we reserve the right to withhold the live website until payment is settled.
Each project includes two rounds of revisions at no additional cost. A revision round is defined as a single consolidated set of changes submitted in one communication.
Additional revision rounds beyond the two included are billed at R350 per hour, rounded to the nearest half hour. We will notify you before commencing any billable revision work.
Revisions refer to adjustments to the agreed scope. Requests that materially change the scope of the project (e.g. adding new pages, new features, or significant redesigns) will be quoted separately.

If content is not received within 5 business days, the project timeline may be extended accordingly. Get Visible is not liable for delays caused by late content submission.
Ownership of work product is as follows:
Get Visible reserves the right to display your completed website in our portfolio and marketing materials unless you explicitly request otherwise in writing.
The Monthly Care Plan is a rolling monthly service that includes hosting, backups, content updates, and WhatsApp support.
Get Visible reserves the right to adjust the monthly rate with 30 days' written notice to you.
If any invoice remains unpaid for 7 or more days past the due date, Get Visible reserves the right to:
We will make reasonable attempts to contact you before suspending services. Restoration of services will occur within 1 business day of full payment being received and confirmed.
Get Visible will make every reasonable effort to ensure your website is reliable and available. However, we cannot guarantee 100% uptime, as this depends on third-party hosting and infrastructure providers.
Get Visible is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses arising from:
Our total liability to you in connection with any service shall not exceed the amount you paid us for that service in the preceding 3 months.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
We encourage clients to contact us directly at info@getvisible.co.za to resolve any concerns before pursuing formal proceedings.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be published at getvisible.co.za/terms.html with an updated date. Continued use of our services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
